S-Helper Service 2-bay Covered Hopper

According to Don Thompson, the two-bay rebuilt covered hoppers are based on the Central Railroad of New Jersey prototype from a set of prototype general arrangement drawings supplied by ARHS. They are based on the later Reading cars, all made from USRA 50-ton hoppers.
