This was a business car converted to a kitchen/commissary car as rebuilt in 1917 or 1921. Since this was used by employees, this car was always placed immediately behind the locomotive, with the open vestibule toward the engine. The model has a partition, but no detailed interior. Painted green with gold lettering.
