P-B-L produced three versions of this car based on the color scheme. From the 1910s through the early 1920s, it was painted maroon with gold lettering. In the 1920s it was painted coach green with white lettering (sold as part of their "Miller-Barringer" set). From the 1930s onward, it was painted oxide red with white lettering.

This was a business car converted to a kitchen/commissary car as rebuilt in 1917 or 1921. Since this was used by employees, this car was always placed immediately behind the locomotive, with the open vestibule toward the engine. The model has a partition, but no detailed interior. Painted green with gold lettering. P-B-L also produced a version that had a conductor's bay window.
