Place two strips next to each to form a perfect sub-roadbed for S-scale track, for a total length of 24 feet. It is 6mm thick. It does not have a bevel; the slope of the ballast profile is created with a bead of caulk. Use a thin, steep application for highly groomed mainline tracks and a thicker, wider application for older or less-well maintained lines (recommended: DAP Alex or Dynaflex (Tan) caulk).
