The model in the photo is owned by David Felmley. The truck was manufactured by Howard Phillips (the "P" in S&P Distributors who owned the Rex Engineering product line at the time). Sprung and equalized, these cast-brass trucks would accept any blunt-end 1/16" axle; shown here with Culp Brothers' diecast 33" wheels representing ribbed-back cast-iron prototypes.
