The structure measures 21-1/2". Although designed as a diesel house, it can be easily changed to a locomotive works facility, a car repair facility, or even a factory. It is 10" wide, and the track centers are 5-1/2" apart. The kit was re-run in 1992 with improved brick impressions (silk-screened matboard manufactured by "Scratch" Model Building Supplies). The second photo shows the model on Frank's layout.

Notes:
Three stalls. This kit represents a generic D&RGW roundhouse. It was designed for Sn3, but Bob converted his to standard-gauge. Roger Malinowski did the hydrocal castings for the kit. Milled basswood was provided for the interior bracing. Grandt Line castings were provided for the roof smoke vents and windows. The first photo shows the back of the building, the second one shows the front of the Sn3 version, and the third photo shows Bob's standard-gauge version. The remaining photos show the kit's parts.
